Künstler*innen auf dem Weg in eine Tätigkeit in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung fördern
Ziel des Projektes war es, Künstler*innen den Weg in eine Tätigkeit in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung zu erleichtern, indem ihre pädagogischen Kompetenzen gefördert werden. Der VNB hat u.a. ein Modell zum kollaborativen Lernen von Künstler*innen und Kulturschaffenden mit Erwachsenenbildner*innen entwickelt und erprobt. Das Projekt wurde im Rahmen des EU-Programms für Bildung, Jugend und Sport Erasmus+ (Leitaktion 2 – Strategische Partnerschaften in der Erwachsenenbildung, 2021-2023) kofinanziert.
Darüber hinaus wurde eine Lernplattform für Künstler:innen und Kulturschaffende entwickelt, die in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung tätig sind oder sein wollen.
The aim of the project was to facilitate the pathway for artists to work in adult and continuing education by developing their pedagogical competences. Among others, VNB developed and tested a model for collaborative learning between artists and cultural workers and adult educators. The project was funded under the EU-Programme for education, training, youth, and sport Erasmus+ (Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnerships in Adult Education, 2021-2023).
Moreover, the project consortium developed a training platform for artists and cultural workers who are or want to be active in adult and continuing education.
